Green tea from the Darjeeling area of cultivation with a fine, floral flavour and a light tea colour.
Preparation: Use 1 tea bag for 1-2 cups. Let water come to a boil and with a dash of mineral water cool it down to 70 - 80°. Pour over the tea. Steeping time: 3 - 4 minutes (stimulating), about 5 - 7 minutes (relaxing).
