Ingredients: Nettle leaves, small flowered willow herb, elder flowers, birch leaves, white dead- nettle flowers.
Preparation: Use 3 tablespoons per cup (about 200 ml) of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes and pour through a tea strainer into a cup. The perfect beverage to drink during meals.
