Simply dissolve in still water (150 ml) and drink. It has a deliciously fruity orange flavour. Our tip for autumn/winter: Make yourself a “hot orange” with GELASTIN® powder. Simply pour on hot water, stir, and its ready! GELASTIN® Osteo is free from fat and alcohol and is ideal for diabetics (less than 0.1 BU).

Recommended consumption: 1 x per day, pour the contents of a 15 g sachet into a glass, fill with 150 ml hot or cold water (non-carbonated) and stir well.
