Ingredients: Fennel 23 %, lemongrass 20 %, aniseed 20 %, cumin, black cumin, liquorice root, raspberry leaves, rooibos tea and diced carrot.
Recommendation for preparation: Use 1 filter bag for 1-2 cups, add boiling water and brew covered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sweeten as required.
