Ingredients: Sage, rosemary, birch leaves, dandelion, mountain ash berries, watercress, licorice root, heather blossoms, elderberry blossoms.
Preparation: Use 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup of boiling water, steep for 5-10 minutes.
